Commented Issue: Only seems to work with ID field [29327]

I have a UK SharePoint MOSS implementation and have installed this facility which on the outset looks to give us the Cascade feature we require. Problem is I can only get it to work when using the ID field for both the Value and Text. If I try to specify any other fields I get a SharePoint Error when trying to loand the NewItem form. Any ideas..... Am I likely to be missing any pre-requisites....

OK, seems as though there is a solution by downloading the following WSP solution which appears to work with other fields.
